  1. Booking Agreement By submitting this form, you enter into a binding agreement with JCR Homes. The booking amount is non-refundable except as required by law.
  2. Payment Terms Full payment must be completed as per the payment schedule. Late payments may attract penalty charges of 1.5% per month.
  3. Documentation Buyer must submit all required documents (ID proof, address proof, and PAN card) within 15 days of booking.
  4. Cancellation Policy No cancellations allowed after payment. Rescheduling may be permitted with 2% administrative fees.
  5. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  6. Dispute Resolution Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Hyderabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
